511 Entitled to Title II DAC Payments

Policy

To qualify for the SSI-MAO Disabled Adult Child (DAC) category, the person must get Title II Social Security benefits, have had a disability determination before age 22, and must have a parent that has died or is getting Title II Social Security benefits from retirement or disability.
