Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

Salaries, stipends, or incentive payments paid to the individual. The person may also receive support services such as childcare, transportation, medical care, meals, and other expenses in cash or in kind. These payments were formally known as Workforce Investment Act (WIA) payments.
