When CRS customers that have previously opted out contact the CRS Unit to be reinstated take the following steps:

Check PMMIS. Is the customer’s request within 12 months from the month their opt-out choice posted to PMMIS?

If outside of 12 month timeframe, a new application must be submitted to the CRS Unit. |
