Customers who are unable to pay KidsCare premiums due to a financial hardship may request a waiver. 

When you receive a request from a customer for a Premium Hardship Waiver:

Send a secure email to KidsCareHardshipWaivers@azahcccs.gov. Include in the email:

• Name and date of birth of main contact;

• Application ID or person ID; and

• Telephone number for the main contact.
