Apply the following eligibility requirements to the DWW category:
The customer is age 50 or over and not yet 65.
The claim number on the WTPY must be either credited or non-credited and have “D” or “W” as the 10th digit.
Date of most current SSI Federal amount must be the month prior or any month after the entitled date associated with the “D” or “W” claim number.
The customer must have received SSI in the past.
The SSI Payment Status Code must be N01 or E01 or T31.
The customer is not entitled to Medicare Part A.
The customer’s marital status must not be “married”.
The table below explains how the Title II disregard is calculated and treated:

NOTE The DWW Special Income Disregard is ONLY applied when using the 100% FBR standard. Do not use it in the 100% FPL income test.
