Procedures

Notify the customer, spouse and representative (if applicable) of the results of a resource assessment.

NOTE          A notice is required even when the resource assessment cannot be completed because the customer did not provide complete resource documentation or a first continuous period of institutionalization (FCPI) could not be established.

All letters are produced by HEAplus.
